  I’m a teacher, consultant and Psychosynthesis therapist, a curious unconventional soul living in Stockholm, Sweden. I am originally from Yorkshire in the north of England.

For the past few decades I have been working as a Teacher and Language Consultant working with individuals and groups mainly in companies. I’ve taught bankers, CEO’s of multinational companies, sales and marketing staff, the military and even an archbishop !  I’ve taught people from many different walks of life and many different nationalities.

Apart from teaching people what to say and how to say it in English , I've noticed that people need to share their troubles.  Who can you talk to as a CEO of a large company ? Who can you confide in without fear of losing face ? Who is there for you when you simply need to get things off your chest ? We all need someone to talk to from time to time . Someone who is there, present and fully focused on you without judgement or reprimand. Someone you can trust . Someone who will not tell anyone else. If you are hurting inside, or simply need someone to talk to, or if life just doesn’t seem to be working, you don’t have to just sit there and suffer.

I am based in Stockholm, Sweden and offer individual therapy sessions, on-line counselling, workshops and shorter courses in spiritual and personal development.
